Kerry Reed-Gilbert

A Wiradjuri woman from central NSW, Kerry is well known in many different circles, her skills and expertise include professional business women, writer, photographer, her many talents include poet, editor, graphic designer, curator, and publisher and of course, a family member of her extended family.

She is mother, grandmother, auntie, niece, sister, daughter, cousin. As a family member she is the youngest of eight, second eldest of six and stuck somewhere in twelve, that's her Mob.

Kerry conducts her own business Kuracca Consultancy & Communications (White Cockatoo) was established in 1993 to assist government and non-government bodies in working with Aboriginal people, to achieve self-determination and self-management by addressing the interests, concerns and issues of the Indigenous People of this land.

Kuracca Creative is a branch of Kuracca that promotes, designs and develops Aboriginal art forms by way of writing, photography, gifts, cards and publications.

Kuracca is an Aboriginal business that advocates self-determination and self-management for the Indigenous people of this land.
